At Idavue Estate, you're privacy is extremely important to us.

We will not pass on any of your information to any other parties without your consent; and we will use our best endeavours to protect your personal information and ensure its accuracy.

Your name, address, phone number and email are collected when you place an order with us - so that we may facilitate delivery of your order. These details are required to be passed on to freight companies so that orders may be delivered. These personal details are not made commercially available.
Occassionally we will send out information regarding new releases of wine and special offers. If you do not wish to receive this information please advise us and we will remove your personal information from our mail order database.
 

When you visit our web site the Web Server makes a record of your visit and logs information for statistical purposes. The following is an example of the type of information captured:
 

  • Your server address
  • Your top level domain name. For Example ".com.gov.au" etc
  • The date and time of your visit to the site
  • The pages you accessed and documents downloaded
  • The referral site you came from
  • The type of browser you are using
